Jocelyn Tekulve – Lead Designer

Jocelyn has been the lead designer at Innerwood & Company since 2002.  She specializes in taking designs from a concept in client meetings (and working with clients to determine what best suits their own personal needs), carrying the project through estimating, approval, fabrication, finishing and final installation.  She was the recipient of the 2009 Cincinnati Magazine Interior Design Award for Product/Customer Design. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning (UC DAAP).

Don Justice – Principal Designer

Don grew up in a woodworking family.  He has been involved in the craft since he was 17 years old. He learned about design by observation and self education. Don started his own cabinet company in 1983, building commercial and residential cabinetry. Over the years, he has built various cabinetry styles and seen many changes and advances in the woodworking industry. He works hard to constantly review what’s new and what will work for his customer’s needs. Good design and long lasting quality are the main focuses of all his work.

Earlene Scheid - Kitchen and Bath Designer

Earlene is a trained Interior Designer specializing in kitchen and bath design and remodeling.  She is an Allied member of ASID.  She holds an Associate of Applied Business in Interior Design from Antonelli College.  Earlene’s background in remodeling and project management is utilized to bring designs from concept to completion.  She is passionate about all facets of design, especially creating functional and beautiful spaces for the most important rooms of the home – the Kitchen and Bath.  Providing “outrageous customer service” is her goal, and the satisfaction of seeing the client’s dreams becoming reality is the reward.

Connie Stephens – Designer

Connie earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design at Miami University of Ohio.  She has a commercial design background, giving her a keen eye to detail.  Making sure the customer completely understands and values a design is one of her top priorities, whether it is through hand sketches, sections or 3D drawings. Connie believes each and every design needs to be customized to fit the customer’s wants and needs.

Rebecca Hofmann – Designer
	Rebecca is a Senior Interior Designer bringing twenty years of design experience to the table.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design as well as an Associate of Arts in Business.  She has had much success with client relationships, design, and understanding budgets.  Personal awards obtained “Attention to Detail”, “Exceeds Expectations”, and “Outstanding Performance”.
